Overnight oats

Start your day right

You need:
Old-fashioned or rolled oats
Greek yogurt
Flax seed
Chopped almond

I used about 1/2 cup of oats and don't cook them, 100 gram low-fat greek yogurt and 3 tbsp of milk (to avoid them becoming too thick).  You mixed this, let it over night in the fridge ( at least for six hours), and the next day you can add the rest of the ingredients. You can use all kind of berries, bananas, chia seeds, so basically everything you like.
